The Dukes would like to wish the following players the best of luck this season as they move on....Scott Fleming (Dartmouth), Anthony Peters (Kingston Frontenacs) Ed Pasquale (Saginaw Spirit), Joe Hall and Josh Chamberlain (Oswego State), Glenn Belmore (Maine), Brian Molloy (Niagara), Kyle Roberts (Morrisville), Jeff Leavitt (Carleton Ravens), Dan Dunn (St Cloud) and Justin Taylor (London Knights). Both Dan and Justin were drafted by the Washington Capitals this past June.
The Wellington Dukes are busy in the community. On October 10th, many of the players worked the Ontario Provincial Election in several of the voter locations. On October 13th, the Dukes participated in the annual Pumpkinfest Parade and had a ball hockey game with many of the kids in attendance. On October 27, the players participated in the Annual Food Drive and again it was a big success.
On December 8th - The Dukes participated in the Annual Wellington Santa Claus Parade today with hundreds of people in attendance !!
