Former Wellington Duke Chris Auger scored 3 goals as his Manchester Storm defeated the Cardiff Devils by a score of 6 to 1 in Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) action in the United Kingdom.   He played last year for the Brampton Beast of the ECHL scoring 21 goals during the regular season.  This will be his second time playing in the UK as he was with the Fife Flyers in the 2014-15 season.

The Belleville, Ontario native holds the Dukes franchise record for points in a single regular season (2005-06) with 92.  After that season he was drafted by the NHL Chicago Black Hawks and played four years with NCAA Division 1 UMass Lowell River Hawks.
