Doug Robinson l Executive President & Game Night Co-ordinator

First and foremost I am a Duke fan and remain a Duke fan.

It’s been a privilege and memorable experience to be part of the Duke family.

I became involved at the team level 23 years ago. Started selling 50/50 and also became involved with organizing fan buses. I took over the role of the executive president 12 years ago and also formed the position of game day organizer. Both positions have several responsibilities as well as being the connection between the team and community and executive to team management.

Along with those responsibilities I will often fill in positions during game day that aren vacant such as music and announcing.

The Wellington Dukes have a great volunteer group and its been a pleasure to work with such a great bunch. We all take extreme pride in being an example for the rest of the league.

Other involvements include community participation with the players, i.e. parades, partnering with community groups during the games, banquets etc. Also responsible for Flo hockey setup and broadcast.
